You’ll learn how to define YOUR customers’ emotional triggers, understand your position vs. the competitors and find your unique selling proposition, and learn how to identify your prospects’ stage of awareness and what to say at each stage.
Applying the research
Once you know your customers better and what they expect, it’s easier to optimize entire flows, websites and funnels for them. You will learn how to define the images, colors, and elements you need to use in your design to persuade customers and do a better job at meeting their needs.
